Best Persona characters?

The Persona series is home to some of the greatest characters I've seen. But everyone has differing opionions of all of them. So, I'm interested in hearing your opionion!

    Ryuji is and forever will be best boi. With Akechi, Yusuke, and Mishima close behind. Ann is #1 Waifu and Futaba is just plaon awesome. But I really freakin' hate Makoto and Haru...sorry. In P4 Yosuke will forever have a place in my heart and Rise is #1 love. And of course I love Kanji, Chie, and Teddie. Yukiko was aiiight I guess.

    I haven't gotten far in P3 yet, but Junpei is just- YES, Akihiko is just the coolest, already falken in love with Yukari, and...I have mixed feeling about Mitsuru...(not a fan of the Empress Arcana characters)

    I was with you on everything and definitely believe everyone should have their own opinion and never listen to anyone who says they're wrong but...... How dare you say that about Makoto -_- There is not a mean bone in her body and cares for everyone! Chie is still #1 but Makoto #2 But everyone is cool in their own way, Even Akechi grows on me near the end.

    Aigis is probably my favorite character just because the fact that she is a freakin robot which makes for amazingly funny dialogue and she is even pretty good in battle, you can't go wrong with that.

    No Persona 2 characters? Tatsuya and Maya are LEGENDS. I haven't played the duology, but I have seen walkthroughs- AH! It's beautiful. So very beautiful.

    Seems more like a favorite character list. P1: Nanjo. Honorable mention - Eriko and Reiji. P2: i admit the bias, but i liked nearly everyone in both casts, except Jun. P3: Junpei and Shinjiro. P4: Kanji. P5: Yusuke.
