    look in hickaly woods then ya can take him anywhere_ Except the places he refuses to go to. Oh and hickaly woods are very close to dueling peaks stable and a shrine I forgot the name

    and take this as a advantage: He doesn't run as fast like a horse or you try some horse tactics like sneaking up or paragliding down on him. Or you can try dropping honey where he can see it but not u_ I haven't tried, but give it a shot if you want NPCS to get scared!
