I went up to the top of Gerudo Town, where wearing other clothes doesn't sound the alarm, and jumped down, so this is the highest spot where the alarm sounds. That means that there's a "wrong clothes" barrier around Gerudo Town that only extends a short distance up from the ground, but because there's nothing to do up here, you can't truly be in the town without the Gerudo clothes.

    You're also safe inside the secret club, but if you save without the Gerudo clothes on and load the save, the game will spawn you outside of the club and you'll instantly trigger the alarm. That happened when I booted up the game today. XD

    Actually, I got the information from a video that showed the 2 places where you don't need the Gerudo clothes, but the theory was all my idea.
