    You mean "rare fragmants"? They can be used to upgrade gear you own once you've passed a certain ordeal.

    @Chaise Is it worth upgrading in early stages equipment? Or the upgrades will go away if u complete other certain ordeal later?

    1) Upgraded gear is very strong. The gear you start the game with, when upgraded, can be on par with level 4 or 5 gear if I remember correctly, so that should point out how strong upgraded gear can be. 2) Upgraded gear stays upgraded; it never degrades. And you don't have to worry about having to complete certain ordeals to be able to upgrade certain gear. @Forestia
