私の地元・大分県、その南部に位置する佐伯市の旧蒲江(ｶﾏｴ)町/米水津(ﾖﾉｳｽﾞ)村の郷土料理、ソレがスクショの「鰤のあつめし」である。なお、この料理は農山漁村の郷土料理百選にも選定されている。ちなみに、県内の他の地域でも同様の料理が存在し、「ひゅうが丼/りゅうきゅう」とも呼ばれている。ただ、「あつめし/ひゅうが丼」が魚の切り身を丼飯に乗せたものであるのに対して、「りゅうきゅう」は魚のみで供されるものを指し、コレを丼飯にのせたものが「りゅうきゅう丼」となっている。出典:Wikipedia あつめし
