    i have a long break, um.. do you have ibuprofen? try to take a tablet of that with some water. have some hot tea after a couple of minutes. it'll sooth ur throat and calm ur stomach down

    Make sure u drink lots of water, and mainly eat bananas, applesauce, rice and toast. that's all i know about treating stomach flu

    I do eat applesauce & it help me & water. i been drinking lots of water. but,sometimes it help. sometimes the food came back up & i can't holding. my sister told me if it start to hurt even more just lay down & let it settle down. i do! but,when i lay down or sit down, it kept on hurting me & i have to hurry up & go to the bathroom & vomit it up & i'm getting sick & tieder of my stomach hurting.
