  • I've seen my Dad play the PS2 version and I think I like the 3DS one better.

  • I'm torn. The PS2 version has better graphics but the 3DS version gets rid of random encounters and the waiting period on the alchemy pot. (I hated using the alchemy pot on the PS2.) But then the PS2 version also has funny Dragon Ball hair when you reach max tension (in the US version anyway). But again the 3DS version has new playable characters, quests, endings, and items...

  • PS2 just gets you started on the game, but 3DS just gives you more for gameplay, plus you can play it anywhere since 3DS is mobile.

  • This all seams 1 sided, the 3ds version is in fact better. I loved the addition of morrie in the party and that alone sells me the game. Then theres new enemys and memory lane. Yes the ps2 had graphics but the 3ds is better.

  • I may be in the minority but i actually enjoyed certain ost's better in the 3ds version than the ps2 version. But ya most of the ps2 version is ost is way better. As for the games themselves 3ds version hands down. Ppl who usually choose console versions over handhelds mainly like them more cuz of graphics. But imo the 3ds version graphics weren't too bad and overall the game was still tons of fun
