Pro tip: When doing the Middle Trials, there's a Meteor Wizzrobe on floor 8. Save an ice arrow from floor 3 so you can kill it quickly, then equip the Meteor Rod. The light from it will act as a torch, allowing you to easily navigate dark rooms.

Fun fact! Every piece of wood can be cooked individually to heal a quarter heart, I found this incredibly useful in the Master Trials, maybe just because I'm bad, but eh.
