I'm honestly surprised there isn't a single (non-Korok) NPC on the Great Plateau, ever...It's nothing but wilds, ruins, and treasure ripe for the taking. You'd think at least someone would curious enough to climb up and check. ...Then again, though, I do like having the place to myself.
