宮崎県のご当地料理・冷や汁。本作上では「宮崎県」と表示されているが、埼玉県/山形県など国内各地で同様のご当地料理が存在する。もちろんその種類も多彩で、同名でありながらも別内容のものだったり、別名ではあるが類似しているものもある。歴史は古く、鎌倉時代の「鎌倉管領家記録」にも登場していて、味噌を調味料とした料理が僧侶の手によって全国に流布され、以後気候風土が適した地域にのみ伝承された。「武家にては飯に汁かけ参らせ候、僧侶にては冷や汁をかけ参らせ候」鎌倉管領家記録より出典:Wikipedia 冷や汁
