They're not as "impossible" as u think to defeat. Upgrade your armor/s specifically at 3★ or max 4★ so u can endure attacks better, and upgrade your hearts as well. Once u mastered how to fight them tho, you'll realize that upgrading hearts and defense isn't truly needed but simply learning their attack patterns and try parrying their attacks as well as perfect dodging them to perform flurry-

-rushes. Lynels attack patterns are VERY predictable and they have ez tells after studying them awhile. Their AI is also ez to manipulate into doing certain actions in your favor. Another very helpful way of handling lynels is shooting them in the eyes with a bow. Even better with one that can fire 3-5 arrows, it helps with stunning lynel more easily so u can perform mount attacks. Also mount-

-attacks doesn't decrease weapon durability. Overall just get better reading its attack patterns and dodging and parrying lynels assaults as well as stunning it in the eyes with arrows. Stasis+ also helps with freezing lynels for a brief moment to get free hits in.

All u need for lynels is strong damage dealing weps and good timing with dodging to perform flurry rushes as well as parrying with shields to deflect his attacks. But honestly just being able to dodge his attacks is good enough.
