    I noticed you decided to follow me, which has always been an indicater for me to friend that follower, however, it seems like you disabled friend requests, so if you want to friend me, tap my head to enter my profile, so that you can friend request me, that will make it so that we are friends.

    Check the allow friend request setting on your Miiverse settings. If the are not allowed, allow them. If you are 12 or younger, it is impossible to friend someone you do not know in real life.
