    Fix the bridge that would normally lead to Zora's Domain. Travel between worlds to Hyrule near there. Go to Rosso's hut and travel to Lorule. Hope that helps.

    There's a portal near the start. Take it, use Irene to take you to Skull Woods, go to the destroyed home where Rosso's House would be, take the portal, and get to the goal from there.
