I just sprained my finger, I made myself a brace out of stirefome and electrical tape to keep it straight, I hope It's healed before football practice :(

    thanks! I don't no what it was the day that I got it it swelled up and I could berly move it the second day I could move it but it felt like it was grinding and it hert but not as much. today it feels better but it still herts wen i move it.
