通信エラーについて教えてください！

私の家では､コンセントにさすだけで wiｰFiがなるルータｰを使っていて、普通にやったら通信エラーになったので、無線LANアダプタをつけてやってみたらまた通信エラーになったんですけどどうゆうことですか？(長文すみません。)
