和歌山県・湯浅町のご当地料理・しらす丼。シラス(カタクチイワシの稚魚)を釜揚げにし、丼飯にこんもりと載せ、付け合わせに梅干を載せているのが特徴。タレや醤油などをかけて食べるが、薬味として卵黄/ネギ/青ジソ/刻み海苔などを載せることも。予め凍ったシラスを熱々のご飯に載せて、ルイベ風にして食すものもある。出典:Wikipedia しらす丼
