I don't care about punctuation and capitalization, but if you speak English and if you were born in the 'States, you need to have at least some good grammer. If you cut off a word (bout, somethin, etc..), put an apostrophe to replace the letter you dropped! I can understand trying to be funny ("lol what", "boi", etc..), or if you speak a different language, that's accepted.
