...and Master Mode is available at the title screen. It gets a separate file, so you don't have to worry about saving over your current one. You can switch back to normal mode at any time (from the title screen) and all your save data will remain intact.

You have to purchase the season pass from the e-Shop, then download it. Once you've done that, return to the Master Sword Pedestal and you'll get a cutscene (won't spoil). Afterward, you'll see a prompt asking if you want to place it back.
