Make a campfire a select to sit 'til noon. You'll see Farosh heading away from your position, but if you wait, he'll circle back and pass right in front of you, which is how I got this shot.

@Umberon: If you want to farm him for dragon parts, the Floria Bridge is the best location for it. Fast travel to the Lakeside Stable and use their campfire to sit 'til morning. At first light, head straight for the bridge and he'll already be on his way down the waterfall, he'll pass directly under you. Once he's close enough, jump from the bridge and fire:

Hey feng I'm playing BoTW on my switch and about to fight the Windblight Ganon. Any tips? Armor n stuff.

Windblight doesn't require much in the way of strategy, or armor. All you really need is a bow and a decent supply of bomb arrows. Headshots do the most damage, so aim for the armor plate on his forehead. It shouldn't take more than a minute, or so, to beat him.
