Reminder that Pearl's Japanese name is Hime, which literally means princess and is also a pun on Hime-ika(Japanese for the Pigmy squid), while Marina's is Īda, from Īdako(webfoot octopus). Any nominal relation to an event in WWII are completely at the fault of Nintendo of America.
