Can Close Combat be passed down?

Lets say I have a Lucario with Close Combat, and I breed it with a Ditto. Will the Riolu have Close Combat?

    It only takes a quick look on Bulbapedia for this info. Close Combat isn't an egg move it's learned via level up at level 55 for Lucario. However, if a parent has any of it's learnset moves in its moveset when bred, and its child is of the same evo line, the offspring will be born with those moves.
