ABOUT THE MOVE "MIST" IN DETAIL.........

When the move "mist" is activated in battle, Is it safe to use moves such as 'overheat' or 'draco meteor' without stat lowered? (applies to single battle) how about in double battles?

Mist only protects from stat-dropping effects of the opponent's abilities and moves, such as Intimidate, Parting Shot, Memento, Muddy Water, etc. It does not protect from self-inflicted stat drops, such as from Hammer Arm, Superpower, Draco Meteor, Overheat, etc.
