    It's true, posting Shinies in GTS while expecting a Shiny in return rarely if ever at all happens. It's a huge risk since the GTS is not strict when it comes to Shiny Pokemon. When you input "Charizard level 100" you're likely going to get just that. The best way to guarantee Shiny trades is by direct trades with other players where you can see what Pokemon is being offered.

    i got shiny venasuar, mewtwo, decidueye, and other things from gts from people on miiverse before and i gave them the shinies in the deals. also im doing a gts trade with someone asking for my shiny golbat, its my only golbat so i can not give them a normal golbat same level same gender same descripton except not shiny either way
