Use the GTS and Wonder Trade as much as possible, and catch wild Pokemon that aren't in the pokedex yet.

You can only complete the Pokédex after you finished the game, so make sure you do that first. There are also Pokémon that are exclusive to one game of the other, such as Rufflet and Vullaby. There are also Legendaries that are game exclusive, like Celesteela that would be harder to trade for. I would recommend working on the Pokédex in sections and working your way down. Good luck!

I recommend asking for Mareanie on GTS, then breed that Mareanie with Ditto. Breed until you have enough Mareanies. Then put them on GTS for a Pokémon you want. You'll get it eventually. Trust me this method actually works and helps complete the Pokédex faster but you don't have to do it. This is coming from a guy that got a Shiny Cotonee for a level 1 Mareanie I didn't even touch.

I have 2 kirlia's one is a male and at level 29 and the other one is a female and at level 26, what level will my male evolve into a gallade and what level will my female evolve into gardevoir?

I think it's level 29 for the Gardevoir and the boy Kirlia needs a Dawn Stone to evolve into Gallade.
