Should I start a Let's Play channel?

I've been thinking about starting a let's-play channel on YouTube. I had the idea to do a chill let's-play, where I just play mellow relaxing games. No stress, no yelling, no death, no commentary, just chill gaming. I would mainly play stuff like Minecraft and Bejeweled 2; anything mellow. What do you guys think? Would you watch a mellow let's-play channel?
