    SoS chain Carbink (inside Ten Carot Hill) until one comes along that cannot be OHKO (because of Sturdy). Max its effection in Pokemon Refresh (at least 2 or 3 Rainbow Beans minimum) then beat the E4 with Carbink in your party and with EXP Share turned On. Should only take 2 runs to get at least near Lv.50.
