    nature is always set to hardy and they have the same stats as a normal pikachu, no egg moves, no HA, and are locked from having nasty plot from pichu's levelup aka, every ash pikachu is guaranteed to be absolutely useless

    That's how it was when Japan got the events. If its going to be the same for us, lets hope that the event from the movie won't be a set nature.

    Its a set nature because it Ash's pikachu. Ash's pikachu doesn't change nature in the anime. Don't expect the nature to change just the moveset and hat.
