咲良との会話から:クレームブリュレ (仏:Crème brûlée/焦がしたクリーム) フランス発祥のカスタードプリンによく似たスイーツ。日本語訳にもあるように、カスタードの上面をグリルやバーナーで焦がすことにより、固いカラメルの層が乗っているのが特徴。よく「クリームブリュレ」と呼ばれるが、正しくは「クレームブリュレ」である。出典:Wikipedia クレームブリュレ
