僕にポケットモンスターの基本を教えてください

僕は初心者でレートで全然勝てませんどうしたらいいでしょうか? PTはいじぱメガリザードンX 控えめカプ・レヒレ臆病カプ・コケコいじぱミミッキュいじぱマンムーむじゃきガブリアス PTはこんな感じです。ガブリアスは陽気にこのあとしようと思っています PTのことや、テクニック、おすすめのポケモンなどを教えてもらえると、とても嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします。
