    Try upgrading everything before battling him...if you already have then always stay away from his bombs and attack the fists from far away, always try to avoid things by going into ink form. When the enemies start comming use splat bomb to kill, or splat bomb to distract them and go in for the kill. At the end, always try to lead the killer wail to the sides.
