交換抽選会の事(質問です)

ポケモンコミュニテイでよく行われる抽選会やプレゼントなどは、どのように行われるのか分かりません、例えば「TN→○○s17:00によろしくお願いします」 など フレンドにならなければいけないんですか？ 副題　たまごでの厳選で特性を受け継ぐにはどうすればいいでしょうか もしこの質問が不快であればすぐ消します

    フレンドにならなくても交換できますよ。ＧＴＳなどで弱いポケモンなどを交換します。交換されたら、お城みたいな建物に入ります。右の机の方にＧＴＳで交換してくれた人がいます。その人に話かけてＶＩＰにします(しなくてもいい)。そのあと通信交換を申し込んでポケモンを交換します。 分かりにくくてすいません…
