A Shiny Hunting Question

Is it possible to shiny hunt Latios in Omega Ruby? I don't quite have a copy of Alpha Sapphire or an Eon Ticket on my hands, so... And yes, I'm aware that this isn't the ΩRαS community. I simply posted here because it's more lively and I'd be quicker to get a response.

    So it's much like resetting for a Gen. 7 starter... Alright then, I'll probably get to restarting ΩR to hunt that after I get shiny Kyurem and Cresselia while I still have the Shiny Charm.
