Surfing and Flying Pikachu

I have been messing around with my PokéWalker (Heart Gold and Soul Silver only) lately. Does Surfing/flying Pikachu tranfer well?

    Surfing and Flying Pikachu can't transfer because you can't transfer a pokemon to gen 5 if it knows an HM.

    Can't transfer it. HM would have to be deleted to transfer it and would not be able to be re-learned after transfer.

    Wait, I can because I had main pokemon that knew TMs. I was just wondering if Pikachu was allowed to have those moves in Gen 6+...

    There were event pikachu with those moves. However you're asking about one caught in HG/SS . It will not transfer to B/W/2 knowing the moves and cannot re-learn them once transferred. You would have to get the event.
