What should I evolve my shiny eevee. I'm thinking about Umbreon or Vaporeon. What do you guys think??

    Umbreon and Vaporeon are both definitely cool, but I would say Umbreon.

    Shiny Vaporeon's cute, but shiny Umbreon looks cooler and (imo) is better defensively (except for Fairy-types, gotta watch out for the op'd type).

    Well it matters what do you really want out of it. If you want something cute I would say vaporeon, if you want something cool then umbreon, if want something with a meh shiny but pretty good in competitive then jolteon, if you want something cute but pretty good competitive then sylveon. I hope I helped
