色違いについて。

色違いのポケモンってどうでもいいとき出るじゃないですか。草むら通ったらたまたま見つけたトロピウスとか、厳選中で偶然みつけたフカマル(育て方間違えてしまった。)とか。でもイーブイは三年かけてやっと捕まえました。なんなんですか？(もはや質問ではない。)
