    Also I love Tara Strong and she has a really big range that even surprises me, but I think it'd be weird for her to voice all three of the female leads

    Like I said, I see no reason why the original voice actors/actresses wouldn't return for this, like for the characters you listed: Lilac-Dawn Michelle Bennett Carol-Amanda Lott Milla-Aimee Smith Nerra Li-Ashlyn Selich Torque-Patrick M. Seymour Brevon-Xander Barriga (please don't make me spell out the rest, please look on iMDB if you need)

    Yeah to be honest, I like Freedom Planet, but Shovel Knight likely has a higher chance of making it in. I'm unsure about the idea of indie games, but considering Minecraft is considered an indie and has it's own LEGO series, I don't think it's impossible. I'd say the most likely indie game to make it aside from Minecraft would probably be Cave Story
