    But how dose one get a morph bomb up to the second fan? all my morph bombs blow to the lower fan and explode or up enough to get close to the bomb block?

    from where u are, go left, up a tall tunnel. then go right, skip the elevator u find. then use spiderball at a savepoint on top of dam entrance, follow the ground into a 1 room drop then door on the left.
