Ohh hey look its a pirate sword. Yeah it makes sense that a normal looking sword like rapier transforms into a pirate sword.

  • falchiones, cutlasses and smeitares all fall in the same category of blades [curved edges] but hail from different parts of the world. most stories involving pirates used the curved british cutlass. usually denoted by a shallow curve and hand guard or cup to protect the knuckles. sorry. sound a bit like a history teacher there...
