    put the two that you want to pair in apartments next door to eachother, make shure nobody can interfere by makeing other miis adults or kids & then make the miis that you want to be a couple both kids or adults [kids can get married, they will ask you to age them up] make shure that they are both in the same persinolity group [easygoing, independent, outgoing ext]

    stay offline for an 30 min to a hour, log on then look at options, if u dont like options go to home screen turn off game then re-load the game till u have what u want :D
