Surprisingly, the standard Ultimate Delicacy is rarer than the ★ and ★★ variants. (despite what the game says) At the end of the Galados Isle, an area unlocked after beating the game, you can fight a boss called the "Dark Lord Replica" that has a small chance to drop it. The Replica can be rebattled just by reentering the level too, so he's the easiest way to get a standard Ultimate Delicacy.

Also, after beating the darkest lord, lots of things open up. -Both the Galados Isle and New Lumos can be traveled to, and both are pretty challenging worlds. -Travelers start appearing daily for side-quests you can do. Finally, the Villa opens up, letting you make up to 90 more party members. (Which is great if you want one of every class like I do.)
