Not only does SR388 have backgrounds now, it has backgrounds with stuff like This in them! Look at this magnificent beast. What are these things?

Isn't it fascinating? A couple times I've seen something move in the background,but by the time I notice it, it's gone. It's kinda freaky, but that's why I love the Metroid series so much.

There are big ol' centipedes that do that. Just zip in and out of some holes and then vanishing. I've also seen robots and twitchy mechanical arms in places.

Yeah I've seen those but it was something else I think.

I've also seen little mites with crystals on their backs. And the surface has giant mushrooms and... other things that only move seldomly and briefly. Failing that, I guess you're just farther along than me.
