Anyone have any medical advice for a person who forgot to bring almost any medicine for any such occasions? Between yesterday evening and today, I accidentally got sick and my nose and throaty are closing so I'm mildly struggling to swallow thing whether it's liquids or food in general.

Umm I don't know. Maybe some antiinflammatory stuff? Might want to double check that though. Or you could drink some hot tea with honey and lemon. Tastes great and helps a sore throat!

@Alysa thank you, although I could find honey in the cafeteria, I have tried to drink some tea. @Rage Does self inflicted count < v > ;?? It's caused from excess backdrop from the nose. So I didn't catch it from anybody. But I don't completely remember what I was doing yesterday. I also don't have allergies, since everything I've ever reacted to, I've only reacted to once. (ex push-pop, etc)

Warm apple juice, Chicken soup, Tea, Steam, Warm water with salt, Anything with Ginger in it, Lemon water. All of those help loosen up congestion and help soothe the throat. Peppermint tea or in water helps too.

If you have asthma, you have asthma triggers which are usually mild allergies. If your nose and throat are constricted it's also a sign of allergies. Benadryl works for allergies and colds, but it will either knock you out or make you hyper. I use Allegra. People I know use Zyrtec. It drastically reduces my odds of an asthma attack and I've had a fraction of the normal colds and bronchitis since

@Rin Thank you! Actually, I forgot about Benadryl, but I did do some shopping for medicines earlier this week. Actually, it's gotten worse x'D (since I haven't even had the time to take any until now) but I'll definitely keep note of that.
