Should I buy Bayo or Cloud?

I am debating which DLC character to buy, since they're the same price. I'm kinda leanin' toward Bayo... (My main is Diddy Kong, and the above characters will be my secondary)

diddy kong's worst MU by far is Rosa and IMO Cloud does really good and better than bayo in it(although IMO they both win it) so i think cloud
