Select any starter, meet up Mr. Pokémon, defeat your rival, meet up Prof. Elm, catch any wild Pokémon (you’ll need only one), then go back to Cherrywood Pokémon Center. After that, deposit a starter holding a PokéBall, Switch to Box 2. It’ll ask to save so say yes. Tap on the bottom of your screen on the right time between F and H of the words OFF and THE.

After you select Reset, you’ll be back in Pokémon Lab in your hometown (be sure to save before selecting your first starter). Choose your second starter and this time go to Cherrywood Town and pick up your first Pokémon at The Pokémon Center and catch a wild Pokémon. Then go back and deposit two of your starters. Switch and Reset for one last time and get your last starter and done!
