    start a new game and save before entering the lab. play untill you can catch pokemon. Catch 2 pokes and deposit one and your starter. select change box in pc menu. As you see "SAVING" appear, immediately reset your game. Restart save, pick another starter and head to pc. your starter and pokemon you caught will be there. Withdraw the pokemon you caught and deposit starter change box and reset.

    Then continue your game, grab the last starter and withdraw the other 2. Its simple and takes about 10 minutes
