(Off Topic) My Opinion: Classic Sonic could work in 3D like Modern Sonic.

Yes we all know Classic Sonic is known to only be in 2D while Modern Sonic is in 3D, but if you look at Sonic in his 3D model from Sonic Jam, you can see how a 3D game with ONLY Classic Sonic could work. You may now post your comments on whether you agree or disagree with me.

    TBH, having Classic Sonic in full 3D would defeat the purpose of having him. Modern Sonic is the one that should be 3D imo.

    @GpSilver I understand your opinion. It's just that after looking at the hub world from the Sega Saturn game, Sonic Jam, I figured that Classic Sonic can work well in 3D. The difference between him & Modern Sonic is that he wouldn't do homing attacks.

    Homing Attack is necessary to maintain speed though. You'd have to slow down so much to defeat enemies without it. Sonic Jam's hub world only worked because it was slowed down significantly and because the hub world was just that: a hub world. It wasn't an actual level. Try playing the Adventure games, Lost World, or Heroes without using the H.Attack; it requires too much precision.

    I of course respect your opinion though. I'm sure it's possible to do, it would just need to be really well thought out to maintain speed and platforming.
