its time for Chloeys Opinion! ok so dlcs do have great stats and good moves but what do you expect? noones gonna pay money for a bad character. theres characters that are free/unlockable that could be considered op but no one hardly ever complains about them! ill say, i Hate fighting a good bayo.. or just in general But thats not the point. each character is unique, and takes time to use well.
