    The weapon isn't useless, as it inflicts blackout. It's not usally a good type of weapon, but it can probably be useful.

    [hardcore XCX player incoming] no nope you're using this completely wrong these types of weapons only inflict a debuff combinations like resistance reduce and extended time for that debuff you can make almost permanent debuff build if you try i can keeps a enemy with ether res down active for three minutes straight
