Not all Pokémon learn Splash, only 28 can. So since that isn't an option, Kirby still loses.

All the Pokémon, Kirby can only obtain the powers of one thing at a time. And that's IF he can catch them. Yeah sure he can out-run something like Groudon, but what's a fake Groudon against literally every other Pokémon out there?

Kirby is clearly the superior competitor. 1.he simply gains the powers of anything or anybody he inhales which allows him to gain powers such as gardevoir's which'll allow him to distort time and reality. he can also inhale multiple pokemon at once gaining all their powers. Even if catch and inhale pokemon he still has that tanky robobot suit which is already powerful.

kirby has that power in kirby triple deluxe that is a one use power that allows him to obliterate everything around him in seconds. And if all else fails kirby has hypernova which is all of these powers to the max. When in hypernova he can inhale anything and can inhale enormous objects giving him godly power.

steelix, swampert, tyranitar, or venusaur try attacking kirby, kirby can inhale them then mega evolve while the pokemon cant because for a pokemon to mega evolve the need a trainer, a bond with the trainer, and a mega stone. kirby can do it instantly because as soon as he inhales enemies he obtains all of their powers including mega evolution and Z moves.

if he inhales multiple pokemon with the ability to mega evolve he can merge mega evolutions. groudon and kyogre's primal forms are considered mega evolution, on the primal groudon and kyogre card it says it in the top left corner, which means he can combine primal groudon and primal kyogre's powers. he can do this with any pokemon.

the sun is a star or a huge blazing ball of gas. Kirby can ride warpstars which are stars. If he can survive the seething heat of a star and ride it he can crash that ball of gas into every single pokemon he's fighting
