Skell augments are REALLY important for beating this enemy in skell!....Actually, augments PERIOD are necessary in both skell & ground combat! Attribute Resistance affects that type of damage a lot, I'm almost positive 100 resistance only gets 1 HP loss per hit while more may make you immune (I was surprised when Endbringer's attack did no damage in one or more fights).

If you want to know which augs to make, I'll tell you. SPOILERS! You'll need 120 Gravity & 80(?) Ether Resistance to survive it's gravity (main) & ether (opening) attacks. As for the physical attacks, the tail attack which deals half of your FULL hp I *think* a few seconds AFTER doing physical damage but can be prevented by breaking the tail & the stomp attack which topples...can it be reflected?

It honestly depends on how you want to defeat this enemy, there's a one hit kill way in skell for one but requires a lot of farming. I mainly use my Lailah there, but mainly to farm. I haven't tried to defeat it in a long time. How do you want to defeat it? I'll gladly help if I can!
